Meet The Founder

Kristian McCray Stewart is the founder and principal attorney of McCray Stewart & Associates, PLLC.

Kristian initially founded The Law Offices of Kristian A. McCray, PLLC in 2018. In 2023, the firm underwent rebranding to McCray Stewart & Associates as a result of positive change and growth.

Kristian is licensed in Georgia, Mississippi and Texas. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Mississippi and Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

She received an impressively high-level education from Mississippi College where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Kristian then went on to successfully complete her legal studies at the University of Mississippi School of Law.

While staying true to her devotion to pursuing justice, Kristian served as a public defender in Oxford, Mississippi for over five years. During her time there, every individual she fought alongside was granted the justice they rightfully deserved. She is a former Staff Judge Advocate for the United States Air Force.

She is a devoted wife and mother. When she is not spending time with her family, she likes to read, workout, play basketball and serve her community.

Kristian is proud to advocate for those who may feel as though their voices are not heard. She understands that navigating the harsh roads of the justice system proves to be an extremely overwhelming feat. This is why her dedication to the pursuit of justice has never wavered.
