You will NOT be required to appear unless we tell you otherwise. Make sure you check your Client Portal Account/Events. For every court appearance, you will see whether attendance is required or not.
If your case hasn't been filed yet (CNF= Case Not Filed), you will NOT be required to appear.
What about my Bond Company?
You are required to continue to check in regularly with your bond company until your case is resolved.
There are not set time frames, but it can be filed anywhere between days up to 2 years from the arrest date.
I want my case to be dismissed, what can I do to speed things up?
Unfortunately, cases cannot be dismissed right away just because you think your charges are unfair. There is a process that takes time. We will fight to defend your rights, but patience is required throughout the process.
